Kindercooking





The teachers decided to start the new year with this healthy fruit salad recipe with flavoured yoghurt. The kids had a good time tasting the fruits like red apples, green apples, papayas, mangoes, oranges and grapes. The variety of fruits were sweet and sour to tickle their taste buds and make them receptive to the different flavours.
There were some parents that told our teachers that the children despised the idea of eating fruits. After this lesson all of them were enjoying the fruit salad and hopefully this had changed their perception. Thumbs up to the kids and teachers!
